Ask HN: What model/AI platform do you use for automatic translations?

I'm looking for a high-quality solution for translating food recipes and/or menu content into 30–50 languages. Accuracy and natural wording matter much more than the cost. However, being able to run it locally is a huge win. I have tried https://ollama.com/library/translategemma but the results were awful for Slavic languages. What are your recommendations?
