Customer portal for meal-kit subscription (skip week, swap meals)

FreshPrep ships ~1,900 meal kits a week and our support inbox is 70% 'skip my week' and 'swap the chicken' requests. We need a self-serve customer portal: upcoming deliveries, skip/pause, meal swaps against the weekly menu, delivery address edits with a cutoff. Our backend is Node/Express with Mongo, order data model already exists. You'll work from our API spec; I can give you a staging environment. Cutoff logic (Tue 11:59pm for Friday delivery) is the fiddly part.
