Inventory counts app with barcode scanning (6 stores)

Cascade Outfitters does quarterly inventory counts with paper sheets and it takes a week to reconcile. Need: staff app (PWA is fine) for scanning barcodes and counting by section, variance report vs our POS export (CSV), and recount workflows for big discrepancies. POS is Lightspeed; export CSVs are ugly but consistent. Offline-tolerant scanning matters — our stockrooms are Faraday cages.
