Job scheduling + dispatch board for landscaping crews

Fernandes & Sons runs 14 landscaping crews. Jobs are scheduled on a whiteboard and texted out every morning. I need a dispatch board (drag jobs onto crews, see the week), a simple crew view on mobile (today's jobs, addresses, notes, mark done with a photo), and rain-day rescheduling that doesn't take my office manager 2 hours. Spanish-language crew view is a big plus.
