Lightweight CRM + listing tracker for a 9-agent realty office

Banks Realty runs on a shared inbox and a spreadsheet called FINAL_v7. We need: contacts with a pipeline (lead → showing → offer → closed), listing tracker with photo checklist, and automated follow-up reminders for agents. MLS import would be amazing but can wait. Nine agents, all allergic to software — if it takes training, it failed. I want weekly demos and honesty about scope.
