Member check-in + class booking app for a 2-location gym

Ironhouse Gym (2 locations, ~900 members) needs: QR code check-in at the front desk tablet, class booking with waitlists and cancellation windows, and a member-facing app or PWA. Trainers should see who's booked and mark no-shows. We currently use Mindbody and hate it — this replaces booking first, billing later. Must be dead simple: our front desk staff turnover is high.
