React Native fitness app: workout plans + streaks

Personal trainer with 200 online clients wants his own app instead of a PDF + WhatsApp combo. Client app: assigned workout plans with video demos, set/rep logging, streaks, progress photos. Coach web view: build plans from an exercise library, see client adherence. Expo preferred so we can ship both stores fast. I have brand assets and a very opinionated Figma.
